The Congress organisers would be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates who require an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to obtain a visa or to raise funds. The letter of invitation does not imply a commitment from the Congress to provide any financial support.
A customised invitation letter for visa purposes is only available for delegates who have confirmed and paid their registration in full. In case of a visa request rejection, the full registration fee will be only refunded upon receipt of the official refusal document from the Embassy.
To receive your invitation letter, please submit an email including:
- copy of registration email
- your full address details incl. phone number
- copy of your passport
- adress details of your employer
to registration@worldmelanoma2025.com. Requests with missing data will not be processed.
